Somehow I had a shitty day yesterday, I didnt feel very well .... went to the gym anyway. This is part of what I had afterwards.  

Just mix

  •  a cup of berries
  • half a banana
  • about 4 tbsp yogurt (its what we had left haha)
  • 3 tbsp water
  • sweetener of choice 
  • coconut flakes
