Smoked salmon and cottage cheese on whole wheat bread ; Half a Zucchini (i cut them, and removed the pulp and put them for 15 in our mini-oven) with some mixed stuff ( Put some oil in a pot, added some chopped onions. When they got goldish , i just threw in everything we had left and cooked it for like 10-15 minutes: some spinach, red bell pepper, tomatoes, the zucchini pulp, peas, tuna, onions. Eventually i ground the mixture a littl and spiced it up with some salt/ pepper/ bell pepper spice) ; Cucumberslices

I'm always on the run and to keep my tummy filled, to stay healthy and not buying any fastfood or any kind of sugary pastries , I prepare some food in lunch boxes which I take with me :) For lunch (sorry no photo) I had awesome whole wheat noodles with broccoli , pesto and corn. AND a salad and some nuts (and two oreo cookies, i cheated okay?????? haha) . That was more than enough to endure the day and keep my body filled with enough power. When I came home I felt like strawberries, so i was like ''lets just mix some quark with strawberries for tomorrow''
